Cancellation Policy

1. Services Provided: The Service Provider agrees to provide decluttering and organization services as discussed and agreed upon with the Client. A detailed scope of work will be outlined separately if required. 2. Fees and Payment: Payment Schedule: 50% deposit to secure date and time then remaining balance paid after service is completed. Invoices are due within 5 days of receipt. Additional Products: Any organizational products (e.g., bins, shelves) purchased by the Service Provider on behalf of the Client will be reimbursed by the Client at cost, plus a procurement fee of 10%. Receipts will be provided. Rubbish Removal: If the Service Provider arranges for or assists with the removal of rubbish, a separate fee will apply, in addition to any third-party disposal costs. Donations: only one load per service will be taken on behalf of client. This will be donated to Koha Shed Pukekohe - service for families in need. Travel Fee: For locations outside a 5km from Pukekohe Central a travel fee of will be charged. 3. Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to provide a safe working environment and honest communication regarding items and expectations. 4. Limitation of Liability: The Service Provider will exercise reasonable care during the provision of services. However, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or theft of property occurring during or as a result of the decluttering process. The Client acknowledges and accepts this limitation of liability. 5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of $100. This is at the discretion of service provider.
